Wax Removal Clinician, Cirencester, Swindon & Thatcham

You will be one of our clinical leads, paving the way for patients' access to the best audiology nationwide. We're looking for Wax Removal Clinicians to join us! This role will involve working across Leightons practices in; Thatcham, Swindon & Cirencester. What will I do as a Wax Removal Clinician? This role is ideal for someone who's clinically minded and great with people. As a Wax Removal Clinician, you will work alongside our Audiologists in providing support both clinically and clerically, building professional relationships with patients and team members to create a comprehensive and bespoke hearing care experience. • Ear wax removal using microsuction and manual removal (all training will be provided)
• Hearing screening. Referring patients to Hearing Aid Dispensers or Audiologists where required
Operational
• Work hand in hand with the optical teams, promoting the optical side of the business where appropriate
• Support in the growth of audiology, discussing offerings to new patients
  
  Full drivers licence with the ability to travel to
• GCSE's above C level in English, Maths and Science
• Full Right to Work status for the United Kingdom.
• Ability to work Mon - Fri, 9am - 5:30pm
  
  Basic Salary £25,000 FTE
• Rota: Wednesday, Friday & Saturday
• Locations: To include Thatcham, Swindon & Cirencester
• Commission: 5% per wax removal and £15 for successful referrals
• Full Wax removal training with BSA recognised qualification
• Ongoing development
