Wayleave Account Manager (WAM)

CityFibre is rapidly expanding the UK's digital network and needs a dynamic Wayleave Account Manager (WAM) to drive Tier 2 wayleave signups. You'll own the full sales process - from generating leads to closing deals with property owners, managing agents, and residents.

Your Role:

  • Secure wayleave signups to hit monthly and quarterly targets.

  • Engage customers via face-to-face meetings, video calls, and phone.

  • Manage your own schedule and sales pipeline independently.

    Advanced Selling Skills: Proven sales achievements and the ability to close deals.

  • Excellent Communication: Strong presenting, negotiating, and influencing skills.

  • Customer Engagement: Skilled in face-to-face, video, and telephone sales.

  • CRM Experience: Experience working with CRM/database tools. Sales Force would be an advantage.

  • Organizational Skills: Strong planning abilities and attention to detail.

  • Adaptability: Flexible and adaptable to changing workloads.

  • Other Requirements: Some experience in documentation management, a degree is desirable
