- Contact potential clients via telephone to introduce our products and services
- Deliver scripted sales pitches to persuade customers to make a purchase
- Provide accurate information about our products and services to customers
- Answer customer questions and address any concerns or complaints
- Record customer details, interactions, and transactions in the company database
- Achieve sales goals and targets set by the company
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and secure repeat business
Sales Executive (Level 4) Apprenticeship Standard Qualification: - Functional Skills in maths and English provided (if required)
- Achievement of the standard meets the eligibility requirements for Sales Certification at Level 4 with the Institute of Sales Professionals (ISP), Communication skills, IT skills, Attention to detail, Organisation skills, Customer care skills, Presentation skills, Administrative skills, Number skills, Team working, Patience, NVQ or SVQ Level 2 or equivalent Business (Grade Merits) Desired
