Web Development Manager

As Web Development Manager you will manage and enhance the day-to-day operations and long-term strategy of our company's websites. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Develop High-Quality Code: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient JavaScript code, following best practices and adhering to coding standards
• Object-Oriented JavaScript: Implement and maintain OOP techniques in JavaScript, ensuring modularity, reusability, and scalability
• Front-End Development: Collaborate with UI/UX designers to build responsive and dynamic front-end web applications, using frameworks and libraries like React, Vue.js, or Angular
• Application Design: Design and architect front-end applications, ensuring they are optimized for performance and maintainability
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with backend developers, product managers, and other team members to ensure successful project delivery
  
  To be successful in the role of Web Development Manager you will have the following skills and experience:
• Extensive JavaScript Experience: 5+ years of experience working with JavaScript in complex web applications
• Object-Oriented Programming (OOP): Strong understanding and experience applying object-oriented principles in JavaScript
• Front-End Expertise: Proficiency in one or more front-end frameworks and solid understanding of the DOM and event-driven programming
• Asynchronous JavaScript: Expertise with Promises, async/await, and handling asynchronous operations in JavaScript
• Performance Optimization: Experience with optimizing JavaScript applications for speed and efficiency, including lazy loading, debouncing, and throttling
• Test-Driven Development (TDD): Strong knowledge of writing unit tests using frameworks such as Jest, Mocha, or Jasmine
• It would also great if you had experience with React in building dynamic and modern front-end applications.
