What will you be doing?

-Develop and maintain major features, requiring in-depth knowledge of both the front-end and back-end codebase, with a strong focus on Magento 2.
-Collaborate with the team to oversee the website's front-end, ensuring a seamless UI and UX.
-Design and develop concepts for stakeholders that align with their needs and those of our customers.
-Diving into development tasks such as implementing new features, fixing bugs, optimizing website performance, and integrating third-party services.
-Write clean, efficient code that meets project quality standards, and proactively suggest improvements to those standards.
-Work with the team to define technical requirements for new features, keeping in mind the evolving nature of the business to ensure future-proof solutions.
-Assist fellow developers in achieving project goals.
-Occasionally review third-party code to ensure it adheres to standards and Magento best practices.
-Manage tasks for both campaigns and ongoing business operations simultaneously.
-Leverage your Magento and software development expertise to enhance team efficiency through new tools, processes, and software.
-Review pull requests from peers to ensure compliance with the tech team's quality standards and correct implementation of features.
-Documentation of code, APIs, configurations, and processes to facilitate understanding and maintenance
This role is a fit for you if you:

-Have experience in implementing website designs using HTML and CSS to meet standards
-Are proficient in JavaScript to support feature development
-Have a background in web development teams and understand their dynamics
-Extensive experience with Adobe Commerce (Magento 2)
-Have a keen eye for design, always striving for website excellence
-Can create prototypes for visual designs for stakeholders
-Work effectively within brand guidelines while continuously seeking improvement
-Exhibit excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate well with both the Tech team and other departments
-Are self-directed and capable of working independently when necessary
-Learn quickly, processing information efficiently and prioritizing tasks
-Have a solid background in PHP
-Write future-proof, performance-oriented code
-Have hands-on experience with MySQL
-Demonstrate exceptional problem-solving skills
-Magento certifications are a plus
