Full Job Description

The Shift Technician is responsible for operation of the Wilton Ethylene Control area of Logistics South. The fundamental purpose of the job is to carry out all operations on the plant to ensure excellence in EHSS performance and maximize plant production to the requirements of the business. The role is critical to the safe and efficient operating and maintenance of WEC. All operating roles involve elements of level 1 maintenance. The successful candidate will have the potential and willingness to train on a number of skill sets such as DCS to enable optimized flexible working within the team. Professionalism is essential due to the high hazard nature of our top tier COMAH site

The ideal candidate will have previous Technician experience on a plant of similar complexity and be able to display high concern for standards. The role is on top tier COMAH facility and therefore the successful Candidate will have high awareness and competence in relation to SHE standards. Candidates must be effective communicators, demonstrate sound decision-making, be able to display high concern for standards together with a willingness to develop themselves further. Minimum qualification in Level II Process Operations or NVQ Level 3
