As a Weekend Community Care Professional, you'll provide essential support, care and enjoyment to our clients, ensuring their well-being in the comfort of their own homes.
Responsibilities :
- Forge lasting connections with our clients, offering companionship and care during weekend visits.
- Create a cosy home environment by assisting with light household duties and meal preparations.
- Help clients enjoy their weekends, engaging in delightful activities like reading or watching TV together.
- Maintain continuous communication with clients and their families, providing unparalleled care and tranquillity.
No prior experience necessary; thorough in-house training will be provided. - Strong written and spoken English skills.
- Must have reliable transport for home visits, outings, grocery shopping, and errands.
- Exceptional organisational skills and time management abilities.
