Full Job Description
As a weekend Cook at Sodexo at the Army Aviation Centre in Middle Wallop you're knowledge of cooking and organizational excellence will lead the way. This is a chance to make a positive impact, and improve the life of all you work with.
What you'll do:
- Lead the kitchen facilities and plan all meals & assist with prep
- Order supplies and keep records of spending and compliance
- Monitor sanitation practices ensuring to follow standards and regulations
- Prepare, produce and present food in volume for a busy catering outlet
- Be capable of working alone, but able to communicate well
- Keep Health and Safety at heart of what you're doing
2 years of experience in hands-on cooking - Experience of working to strict food hygiene standards
- Experience in following recipes and open to cooking many cuisines
