Weekend Lettings Premises Assistant

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Premises Services Lettings Assistant to join our school. We are looking for a sociable, professional, friendly and organised individual to help oversee the use of our facilities on weekends. You will be responsible for ensuring that the school processes are followed, whilst the school is being used by other organisations. You will be expected to help maintain the site as best as possible during this hire period and ensure that help desk issues are dealt with., 16 hours per week (including 1 hour daily unpaid break)

Oaklands is an outstanding special school serving the London Borough of Hounslow that provides specialist education to students with severe learning difficulties, profound and multiple difficulties and autism. We have a Primary school (New Oaks) and a Secondary school (High Oaks). We are based across two different sites with both our school buildings offering state of the art facilities for our students.
