Full Job Description

Our On-Call Coordinators are exceptional individuals who handle emergency calls from a range of sources, including service users and their families, care staff, local councils, GPs, health professionals, community services, and other emergency services. As the first point of contact, you will need to work quickly and calmly, gathering essential details and logging information into a computer system. You'll make critical decisions on how best to address each situation.

Ideally, we would like you to have experience in care, customer service, or a call center environment. However, this is not essential, as we provide full training. We're more interested in your compassion and ability to care. You'll need to be resilient and willing to learn new skills and develop your knowledge as part of a close-knit team.

We see extraordinary achievements happen every day thanks to the talent and commitment of our people. We want to transform the care industry by working smarter, using innovative tech and driving forward positive change. As the largest care company in the UK, we have the size and success to offer you a world of career opportunity, choice and security. Join us on our journey and continue yours.
