Full Job Description
- Helping visitors enjoy their day by being friendly, approachable, and responding to queries and questions.
- Keeping play areas clean, safe, and well-maintained.
- General janitorial duties.
- Driving our Tractor and trailer and providing commentary to our visitors on board.
- Keeping the site clean and tidy.
- Working in our ticket office and Welcome Team on a regular basis.
Noah's Ark Zoo Farm are looking to recruit a friendly, motivated indiviudaul to join our Visitor Operations team as a weekend Park Ranger. You will thrive in a busy, customer-facing team and help with the day-to-day running of our award-winning zoo. We are looking for that person who has a flair for providing outstanding customer service, you will be enthusiastic and enjoy a varied role where no two days are the same., - You will be friendly, outgoing, and charismatic individual that enjoys working outside with members of the public.
- A full current manual driving licence is essential and confident driving skills.
- Experience of customer service in retail, leisure, or hospitality.
- That you have high cleaning standards.
- Good team player with a flexible can-do attitude.
