Welcome Host

As a Welcome Host, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. Your role is to create a positive and welcoming environment, provide information and assistance, and ensure that every customer has an enjoyable shopping experience.,

• Greet all customers with a warm and friendly welcome.
• Provide information about the store layout, promotions, and events.
• Assist customers with inquiries and direct them to the appropriate departments.
• Ensure the entrance and surrounding areas are clean and well-presented.
• Monitor customer flow and maintain a safe and orderly entrance area.
• Support the team with other duties as required.
  
  Passionate about customer service with a friendly and approachable personality.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with people of all ages.
• Proactive and attentive to the needs of customers.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in a customer service role is desirable but not essential.
