Full Job Description
Starrycare is seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Welding Lecturer to join our educational team. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality welding courses, fostering a positive learning environment, and guiding students through practical and theoretical aspects of welding., Develop and deliver welding curriculum, including both practical and theoretical instruction.
Teach various welding techniques such as MIG, TIG, and Arc welding.
Provide hands-on demonstrations and supervise students in the welding workshop.
Assess student progress, provide feedback, and support their learning journey.
Ensure a safe and well-maintained workshop environment.
Stay up to date with industry standards and advancements in welding technology.
Mentor and inspire students to pursue careers in welding and fabrication.
Relevant qualifications in Welding or Fabrication.
Previous experience teaching or training in a technical education setting.
Strong knowledge of welding techniques, materials, and safety protocols.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to engage and motivate students with different learning styles.
Certifications in welding (e.g., AWS, CSWIP) are a plus.
