Full Job Description

  • Manage parameters of welding process in production to ensure C.E.P pass requirements is maintained and achieved
  • Detection and prevention of welding problems, methodical and analytical troubleshooting and introduction of sustainable corrective actions after consultation with the Weld Specialist
  • Constant improvement of the technical availbility, and N.O.K rates, sustain repeatability through process management and evaluation of process problems
  • Constant support and monitoring of production equipment to ensure and carry out TPM schedules to maintain plant performance of welding equipment
  • Constant support of value stream and production equipment to ensure optimum performance is achieved
  • Support the transfer of knowledge to enable operators to understand and perform their function in meeting the quality standards for welding
  • Independent series support of the online process monitoring (4D) operator level and understanding
  • Compliance and implementation of employment, health, environmental protection for their own activity
  • Documentation and updating of all necessary actitivies in computer systems (e.g parameters sheets, machine book) and creating of instructions after standards and instructions
  • Complies with all company policies, procedures and guidelines

    3 years of experience in similar role
  • Understanding the basics of the welding technology, the welding equipment and of the weld processes
  • Good knowledge of the robot operation
  • Basic knowledge of the robot programming, online process monitoring and fixtures
  • Good level of understanding of Mechanical Engineering and Technical drawings to ISO standards
