Permanent /Full-time

Scale 4 (Outer London)

Salmons Brook School is a specialist SEMH school for young people aged 11 - 18. We have 70 places for young people. We are opened in September 2022 for 40 young and will continue to grow until 2025 as we expand to Post-16 years and a capacity of 70 pupils. Our vision and core purpose are to improve the quality of life for our school and wider community by nurturing potential. We are focused on developing positive character traits within our students and approach this through a shared commitment to our 'CREATE' values.

Salmons Brook School is seeking to employ a Welfare Assistant & Cover Receptionist to join our staff team at our purpose-built school in Enfield. We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to provide exceptional welfare support for pupils and who can also support our Administration Officer in the School Office.

Salmons Brook School offer a thorough training programme for all our staff. All staff at Salmons Brook School are part of the whole school community and will engage in our shared vision to improve the quality of life for our school and wider community by nurturing potential.

All roles at Salmons Brook require staff to undertake Team Teach positive behaviour handling training.

Hours: 36 hours per week, 40 weeks per annum (pro rata)

Actual Salary Range: £24,575 - £26,099 p.a. inc (Scale 4)
