Welfare Producer

Duties include (not limited to):

• Build and manage the daily schedules and activities of contestants


• Organise and oversee transportation, accommodation, and other logistical arrangements for contestants as needed


• Handle administrative tasks related to contestant management, including documentation, consent forms, and confidentiality agreements, per diem distribution, etc.


• Monitor contestants' well-being, ensuring that they adhere to health and safety protocols Coordinate with medical professionals if necessary


• Manage a team of 2-3.

• Ideal candidate has a minimum of 3 credits as Welfare Producer / Contestant


• Producer experience on Performance Competition show like BGT, The Voice, X Factor, etc.
