Full Job Description

Are you looking for challenge where you can make a difference to the residents of Bolton?, This post is a designated customer facing role under the fluency duty and requires a specified level of spoken English as per the person specification.

You will have a detailed knowledge of social security benefits and legislation and be able to work under pressure to juggle demands and priorities, keeping customers informed and records up to date. You will enjoy helping vulnerable customers exercise their legal rights and entitlements. You will be confident and competent using IT applications to support your casework and will possess a high standard of written and verbal communication.
