Wellbeing and Activities Assistant

This role as a Wellbeing and Activities Assistant at Avery Healthcare's Highcliffe Care Home in Witherwack, Sunderland offers the opportunity to support the Wellbeing Coordinator in providing a wide range of activities to engage and stimulate the residents' physical, cognitive, and social well-being. The successful candidate will demonstrate compassion, enthusiasm, and a commitment to delivering quality care and enriching experiences for the residents., As a Wellbeing and Activities Assistant, you will focus on supporting the Wellbeing Coordinator in providing a variety of activities to engage and stimulate the residents' physical, cognitive, and social well-being. Responsibilities will include maintaining a safe environment, reporting changes in residents' conditions, supporting with activity preparation and supplies, and establishing links with the local community to promote intergenerational activity.
