This role as a Wellbeing and Activities Assistant at Avery Healthcare's Grove Park Care Home in Leeds offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of older residents. As part of a friendly, award-winning team, you will focus on supporting the Wellbeing Coordinator to provide a wide range of engaging activities that stimulate the physical, cognitive, and social well-being of the residents., As a Wellbeing and Activities Assistant, your primary responsibilities will include maintaining a safe and positive environment, reporting any changes in residents' condition, supporting the preparation and delivery of activities, and establishing links with the local community. You will need to demonstrate excellent communication skills, a commitment to older people's well-being, and previous experience working in a residential or nursing setting.
