Wellbeing and Activities Assistant

This role as a Wellbeing and Activities Assistant at Avery Healthcare's Newcross Care Home in Wolverhampton involves supporting the Wellbeing Coordinator in providing a wide range of engaging and stimulating activities to promote the physical, cognitive, and social well-being of the residents., As a Wellbeing and Activities Assistant, you will focus on supporting the Wellbeing Coordinator in delivering a variety of activities to engage and stimulate the residents. This includes maintaining a safe environment, reporting any changes in residents' physical or emotional condition, and assisting with ordering and preparing supplies for upcoming activities. You will also help establish links with the local community to encourage access and promote intergenerational activity.
