Wellbeing and Activities Assistant

This role is for a Wellbeing and Activities Assistant at Avery Healthcare's Fleet Hall Care Home. The assistant will support the Wellbeing Coordinator in providing a wide range of activities to engage and stimulate the residents' physical, cognitive, and social well-being., As the Wellbeing and Activities Assistant, your focus will be to support the Wellbeing Coordinator in providing a wide range of activities to engage and stimulate the residents' physical, cognitive, and social well-being. Other responsibilities will include maintaining a safe living and working environment, reporting any changes in residents' condition, supporting with ordering and preparing supplies for activities, and establishing links with the local community.
