As a Wellbeing and Activities Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the Wellbeing Coordinator in providing engaging activities to enhance the physical, cognitive, and social well-being of the residents., As a Wellbeing and Activities Assistant, your focus will be to support the Wellbeing Coordinator in providing a wide range of activities to engage and stimulate the residents' physical, cognitive, and social well-being. Other responsibilities include maintaining a safe living and working environment, reporting any changes in residents' conditions, and supporting with ordering and preparing supplies for activities. The ideal candidate should have effective communication skills, understanding of the role interaction plays in well-being, a positive attitude towards older people, and previous experience working with older people in a residential or nursing setting.
