Planning and submitting to the Home Manager- a monthly activity and wellbeing plan and a weekly overview. Arranging activities, events, and outings, encouraging the involvement of staff, relatives, and visitors. Maintaining a safe living and working environment, contributing to the positive and professional image of the home. Our ideal candidatemusthave: Previously worked with older people in a residential nursing Dementia setting Experience organising activities and events. Effective
communication skills, verbal and written. A positive attitude toward older people and a commitment to providing stimulating, quality activities and social events.
