Full Job Description

We provide support to people living their best lives in three Extra Care schemes in Bury. These are Peachment Place, Falcon and Griffin and Red Bank., The role involves supporting tenants with their day to day living including personal care needs, attending appointments and social activities within the community whilst recognising that they live in their own homes. You will brighten people's day or support them when needed during the night. You will encourage tenants to live independent, fulfilling lives, developing friendships and social networks. You will be an enthusiastic, flexible person with a 'can do' attitude and caring nature and want to see people be the best that they can.

You will have enthusiasm in everything that you do and the ability to develop strong effective working relationships with a range of people to ensure a smooth, quality service that focusses positive outcomes for customers.
