Full Job Description

As part of our Merchandising department, you'll be joining as our Wholesale & Franchise Assistant Merchandiser, who is responsible for supporting the Merchandiser with the day to day running of the department, trading the division to maximise partner sell-out and increase Reiss sell-in.,

  • Trading the Reiss Wholesale & Franchise department, preparing weekly analysis with clear actions, supporting the Merchandiser, participating in trade meetings, and driving partner replenishment and available to sell
  • Owning the Wholesale & Franchise allocation and dispatch process for your remit, ensuring that committed stock is sent to the Partners within season according to their agreed terms
  • Developing and maintaining Wholesale & Franchise reporting, including department range plans, weekly sales and stock, shipping and dispatch, partner launch reports
  • Producing analysis pre and post buy, to support the building and management of a balanced range, that meets the needs of the Wholesale & Franchise partners
  • Supporting the Merchandiser in the set up and running of in-house or virtual buy meetings
  • Own NuOrder our B2B sales platform for your remit, ensuring product data and assets are uploaded and data accuracy maintained
  • Building a strong knowledge of each Reiss Wholesale & Franchise partner, understanding their market and needs, ensuring they maximise sales in their market

    You have experience in a similar role at Assistant Merchandiser level or established Senior Merchandising Admin/Senior Allocator
  • Previous experience with Franchise and/or Wholesale is preferred
  • Highly analytical with strong numerical skills, advanced in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and plans workload by priority in-line with department requirements
