Full Job Description

  • Conduct thorough competitor analysis and gather collection input to identify opportunities for enhancing the collection and meeting wholesale requirements.
  • Act as the product lead and "voice of the customer," developing Special Make Up product strategies that align with key account needs and Northern Hub business objectives.
  • Collaborate with brand teams in Metzingen and Ticino, integrating diverse perspectives into the product development process from ideation to market launch.
  • Build and maintain relationships across Hubs and Central merchandising, commercial, and business unit teams to support the Wholesale business needs.
  • Partner closely with commercial teams to drive product strategy in the Northern Hub.
  • Attend category division partner meetings.
  • Support teams in driving sales within the wholesale network and during store visits.
  • Develop and provide training materials to teams.
  • Train teams before seasonal selling campaigns to effectively sell collections to partners.
  • Work on exclusive products, capsules, and pop-ups with commercial teams.
  • Analyze trends and identify gaps in the product range.
  • Collaborate with planning teams to forecast seasonal requirements across categories.
  • Manage product focus meetings, newsflash input, and quarterly product catch-ups.
  • Attend seasonal market exchanges and category strategic alignment meetings, providing feedback on collections.
  • Work closely with the wholesale planner on forecasting.
  • Manage product market tools (Teams, chat, guidance) for effective communication.
  • Support senior partner walkthroughs of showroom collections and pre-line meetings.
  • Conduct end-of-market analysis and provide input to Metzingen and Ticino brand gender line business units.
  • Collaborate with account managers on product requirements.
  • Communicate updates and changes to teams during and post-market.
  • Partner with the commercial team during market to ensure smooth appointment operations.
  • Own the market calendar from a product perspective.
  • Work with the commercial team to develop market tools.
  • Review end-of-market orders.
