Wills & Probate Paralegal (In-House)

Sussex based Financial Advisors and Wealth Management practice seeks a Private Client Paralegal to join the growing team.

You will be working alongside a small team drafting Wills, LPA and carrying out Probate and Discovery work. You'll be handling all aspects of the client's needs, from ensuring an up-to-date Will is on file, liaising with panel firms regarding a client exacting requirements and to deal with discovery and Probate.

Candidates must have a legal background with a min of 6 months experience in Private Client work, any additional experience with Trusts, COP work would be an added advantage

You'll possess excellent communication skills, being able to deal with clients and solicitors on a daily basis, via a variety of methods providing the very highest level of service to clients.

This role offers the chance for either a Law Graduate, Trainee ILEX or NQ Solicitor to develop a long term career.
