Wiltshire Health Improvement Hub Team Manager

Our Health Improvement team play a pivotal role in helping people across Wiltshire to improve their health and wellbeing. Through the development, implementation, and evaluation of targeted interventions, you'll contribute to our vision to create stronger and more resilient communities.

As the Wiltshire Health Improvement Hub Team Manager, you will collaborate closely with the Public Health Principal/Consultant in Health Improvement to deliver the operational priorities. You will also develop and manage the implementation of Wiltshire Health Improvement Hub in Wiltshire including designing and delivering the strategic service plan and building partnerships internally and externally to further develop the Health Coach service.
