Window Cleaning Operative

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Window Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. This role involves cleaning windows for both residential and commercial properties, ensuring that all glass surfaces are spotless and streak-free. A valid driver's licence is preferred, as the position requires travelling to various job sites.

Duties

Clean windows using appropriate tools and techniques to ensure a high-quality finish.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional service.
Maintain a professional appearance and conduct at all times while on-site.
Drive to various locations as required, ensuring timely arrival for scheduled appointments.
Report any issues or damages observed during cleaning to the supervisor promptly.
Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while performing duties.

Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
A Minimum of 2 years previous experience in window cleaning
A valid driver's licence is preferred for travelling between job sites.
Physical fitness is necessary, as the role involves lifting equipment and working at heights.
