Window and Door Supply Manager

We are delighted to be recruiting for a Window and Door Supply Manager to lead and deliver profitable sales growth of the Eurocell Window and Door proposition within the branch network through management of the fabricator supply chain. WHAT OUR WINDOW AND DOOR SUPPLY MANAGERS DO:

• Negotiate and agree SLA's with Eurocell fabricators
• Proactively manage and maintain strong working relationships with fabricators to ensure delivery of service in line with agreed SLA's
• Work with the profiles division of Eurocell to identify potential fabricators to support growth of the windows and doors proposition
• Network across internal and external stakeholders to support delivery of a world class window and door proposition within the branch network
• Collaborate with the Central Processing Team to ensure delivery of an effective and efficient centralised quoting and ordering service
• Work with the branch network training and development team to ensure training requirements to support the selling of windows and doors in branch is up to date and fit for purpose
• Be proactive in keeping up to date with competitor activity to support continuous improvement
• Build relationships with our customers through the customer journey
• Analyse the performance data to identify trends, issues and high performing branches along with delivering KPI's
  
  Excellent communications skills and ability to build relationships
• Experience of delivery within a trade/retail customer environment
• In depth window & door product knowledge
• Able to analyse data with strong IT skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and commercial acumen
• Presents a credible and professional image
• Be Self-motivated and able to work within a team
• Good Negotiation skills
