Full Job Description

  • Greet guests and serve food and beverages according to standard operating procedures.
  • Provide personalised recommendations and guidance to guests on wine selection, wine tasting experiences and non-wine products,ensuring an exceptional and memorable dining experience.
  • Participate in regulartraining to keep up to date with the food and beverage list.
  • Receive and store wine bottles according to the bin number system.

    We areseekinga versatile individual capable of multitasking and adapting to perform the duties of both Junior Sommelier and Server. A WSET Level 2 certification isbeneficial, and experience in a similar role within a fine dining establishment or luxury hotel is highly desirable.
