You are full of energy and have a positive attitude. You have prior experience in this type of role and have knowledge of HACCP. You are a strong communicator and team player. You have an eye for detail and are a perfectionist at heart. You are flexible in working hours (evenings, weekends, holidays) and thrive in pleasant chaos in which you like to create order by following procedures. The menu originates from Ipoh, the culinary home of Malaysian Cuisine, and has been brought to the UK by the original founding family behind the famous Gopal's Corner, Malaysia.
