Respond promptly and effectively to safeguarding referrals received via phone and referral portal.
Conduct thorough assessments to determine the appropriate action for each case.
Collaborate with other professionals to ensure that safeguarding measures are implemented.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all referrals and actions taken.
Work both independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality safeguarding responses.
