We're looking for a WordPress Developer who is passionate about building brilliant websites and human focused experiences on the web You'll be a developer who loves the buzz of agency life and enjoys collaborating on a wide range of projects with a team as passionate as you are about websites that put people and planet first. This is an opportunity to join our open-minded and creatively-curious team, working together to deliver exciting, innovative, accessible, and sustainable websites., You'll have a lots of working experience with PHP and the Gutenberg editor, an understanding of semantic HTML markup and clean CSS, as well as some experience writing efficient and robust JavaScript. Complimentary development experience You're comfortable with version control and build tools, and have some experience managing sites via hosting platforms. Some experience working with REST APIs and/or integrating with third party platforms using PHP would be ideal. A positive perfectionist mindset You want sites to be great in all aspects, whether that's performance, accessibility, sustainability, or IA, UX and design, and you're able to balance this with completing tasks within the estimated time. You'll have a thirst for understanding the technical aspects of ensuring various standards are met. Empathetic working approach You can balance your technical expertise with an appreciation for the challenges and differing technical experience of people around you, whether that's within the team or with people within the organisations we work with., Although we appreciate every candidate's unique background and knowledge, for this role we are looking for talents who have experience in agency life.
