Work Based Learning Manager

We're looking for a Work Based Learning Manager to lead a work-based learning organisation. This is a FT permanent role and you will report directly to the Chair of the Board and support both the Board and its members to achieve their vision.

About the Organisation

This group includes Independent Training Providers, FE Colleges, Universities, and Employer Providers.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning : Work with the Board of Directors to set annual objectives and budgets.

Company Secretary : Ensure compliance with relevant legislation.

Partnerships : Promote the Forum and its services through effective partnerships.

Team Management : Guide a Project Manager and a Project Worker to ensure they align with the Forum's direction., Partnerships : Promote the Forum and its services through effective partnerships. Skills : Excellent communication, influence, and negotiation skills. Company Secretary : Ensure compliance with relevant legislation.

Salary : £45,000 to £47,000

Benefits : Pension, healthcare, holidays, mileage, and partial home-based working.

Working Hours : 37.5 hours per week from a base in East Lancashire with some flexibility to work from home.
