East Riding College is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Work-Based Trainer for Engineering to join our Apprenticeship team our Beverley Campus. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated professional who is passionate about supporting the development of future engineers through high-quality apprenticeship programs., The successful candidate will conduct regular workplace visits in line with apprenticeship learning plans and guided learning hours, monitor learner progress, complete assessments, and facilitate achievement targets. You will maintain accurate learner records for audit and quality purposes, undertake pre-apprenticeship and start-up visits following agreed procedures, and engage employers in learning reviews while upholding a positive image of workforce skills., The TEC Partnership is committed to Prevent Duty, Equality, Diversity & Inclusion and promoting British Values within the workplace. The successful candidate will be fully qualified (minimum Level 3) and have relevant work/industrial experience within the Engineering industry. The Engineering disciplines required to be assessed will include manufacturing and mechanical engineering, and it would be desirable for the candidate to possess experience or knowledge in CNC operations. Additionally, it is desirable for the candidate to possess the Certificate in Assessing Vocational Achievement or be willing to work towards obtaining this qualification.
