Work Experience Coach

The successful candidates focus will be identifying and sourcing appropriate work experience placements and new business opportunities by building relationships with local employers to ensure we provide career opportunities for learners to progress into., This is a hybrid role working with learners across London. Candidate will be required to travel across London 1 to 2 days per week to source work placements, visit employers and work with learners whilst on placement. This is a 0.8FTE role. Days and times to be agreed during interview.

+ Demonstrable evidence of Continuing Professional Development
+ Previous experience of securing and monitoring work experience placements
+ Ability to demonstrate an understanding of the variety of training opportunities available to employers / prospective learners Skilled in Customer and Employer liaison
