If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you!, As a Work Placement Officer, you will play a pivotal role throughout the learner journey, working closely with both staff and students. Your responsibilities will include: Sourcing work experience and industry placements for students. Cultivating new employer and industry contacts while nurturing relationships with existing partners. Articulating the benefits of offering work and industry placements to Harlow College learners to potential employers. Maintaining accurate records through a state-of-the-art work placement software platform. What We Are Looking For

  • Proven track record of successfully engaging and developing relationships with employers, clients, or customers.
  • Experience in a customer service or client-centred environment with excellent telephone skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with a willingness to forge new contacts.
  • Experience in using technology, along with a willingness to understand new technology.
  • Ability to problem-solve, flexibility in managing work priorities, and a track record of meeting deadlines and targets.
  • Safeguarding Level 2 qualification or a willingness to work towards it.
  • Level 2 qualification in Maths and English
