Work Scheduler: SOS Systems

As a result of continued growth at SOS, an opportunity has arisen for a for a Work Controller to join our team. You will work as part of the service team to ensure a high level of customer service at all times. We are looking for an individual with a positive and supportive 'can do' attitude who can complement our service team and add valuable support to both our clients and our technicians. Role Responsibilities:

• Manage customer calls and service queries.
• First line support for customers.
• Assist in managing logistics.
• Assist in managing engineer days and queries.
• Booking in parts/toners/machines.
• Working with 3rd party logistics companies to manage deliveries and collections
• Toner management.
• Assist in managing service inboxes.
  
  Experience preferable but not essential as training will be given in all aspects of the role.
• Good at working both in a team and independently.
• Approachable with good customer skills essential.
• Good time keeping and reliability a must.
