Workday Advanced Compensation Consultant

As an Advanced Compensation Consultant, you'll be part of a team of advisory professionals who deliver more than just technology. From rapid deployments to complete transformations, you'll provide integrated, cloud-based HR solutions that put organizations on the fast track to a better way to work. In this role, you will:

• Advise clients on industry standards and leading practices in compensation and advanced compensation.
• Apply Workday and Accenture methodologies.
• Host workshops and lead discussions on advanced compensation functionalities.
• Independently lead your workstream and report on progress.
• Liaise with client counterparts, Accenture colleagues, and Workday to achieve robust solutions.
• Support innovation by creating new industry-leading methods and assets, focusing on enhancing the learning experience within Workday.
We are looking for:
• Experience leading Workday Advanced compensation workstreams on implementation projects, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Prior experience with Workday advanced compensation or relevant on-premise or cloud-based platforms.
  
  Ability to meet client travel requirements and efficiently manage teams and client interactions.
• Ability to thrive in a diverse, dynamic environment, meet deadlines despite conflicting demands, and possess analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to clearly articulate complex messages and requirements.

• Additional Workday certifications.
