Full Job Description
As a Workday Subject Matter Expert , you'll be part of our Global HRIS team working as a virtual employee. Your responsibilities will include 1) troubleshooting and resolving escalations through our case management system, 2) Ensuring appropriate security is applied and 3) providing project work/support. In addition, you will perform Workday updates and offer integration support. You'll get to:
- Share your Workday expertise with the remaining Technical Services team to assist in their support
- Drive development and consistent application of HR Standard Operating Procedures
- Collaborate with appropriate functions/teams to support technical solutions to automate and streamline processes
- Support internal/external audits of HCM system data on routine basis for accuracy, security, data integrity and compliance.
- Provide analytical support for HR audit compliance across multiple systems and processes
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices.
- Perform Workday updates (including EIB Data Loads, Foundational Setup, use of Org Studio, etc.)
- Responsible for audit and controls for logical access to all corporate HR systems
- Troubleshoots access issues including but not limited to reports, report fields, data or actions on certain worker records
- Provide sound solutions and recommend efficient security and organization solutions to support end-to-end business processes
- Gather requirements for system development, administration, and enhancements
- Analyze any downstream technical impact from backlog resolution and/or release management activities. Provides insights and recommendations related to these activities.
- Test new releases once configured in the tenant and provides feedback to team ahead of moving to production
- Partner and collaborate with Product Development team to support the review of continuous process improvement and their ongoing requests
- Collaborate with Tiered services and acts as T3 technical support for issues related to business process configurations. Ensures issue resolutions and further identifies knowledge management content if appropriate.
- Complete in-depth testing and debugging as needed
- Support regulatory and data compliance and adherence to business process controls
- Keep abreast of Workday products, new features, releases, and integrated technologies in order to support continuous improvement

In fact, you embrace it. You also have: - Minimum 3 years of experience in the Workday Ecosystem (including configuration and EIB)
- Workday Certifications highly preferred
- Bachelor's Degree (B.A. Or B.S.) from an accredited College/University, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Degree In Human Resources, Information Technology, Or Business-related field preferred.
- Experience with testing methodology and approach
- Experience with software development cycle and methodologies
- Excellent analytical, problem solving, and multi-tasking skills
- Technical acumen
- Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic, and fun team environment
- A team player attitude
- Functional knowledge of core HCM data management, technical knowledge Of EIB Loads, and experience with standard testing procedures
