In this role, you'll collaborate with senior leaders, managers, and teams across the Trust to support workforce engagement, service transformation, and team development. You'll work closely with the Head of Workforce Experience, Workforce Experience team, and Workforce & OD Directorate to deliver key organisational development interventions that enhance leadership, improve services, and drive culture change. lasting impact on our workforce and help shape the future of #TeamCDDFT in a dynamic, supportive environment., As a Workforce Experience Manager, you'll design and implement bespoke Organisational Development (OD) initiatives to enhance staff engagement, leadership effectiveness, and service transformation across the Trust. Working closely with the Head of Workforce Experience, the Workforce Experience team, and the wider Workforce and OD directorate you'll collaborate on the delivery of programes of work, ensuring alignment with our People Strategy. You will lead on key initiatives such as talent development programmes, coaching strategies, and bespoke interventions to support team development. You will also contribute to the People Promise, EDI and Health and Wellbeing initiatives, working in partnership with the others in the team. In addition, youll design, deliver and evaluate interventions that foster positive culture change, providing timely reports on outcomes and impact to senior leadership.

We provide hospital services from two acute sites - Darlington Memorial Hospital and University Hospital of North Durham. We have a centre for planned care in Bishop Auckland and provide care from community hospitals in Chester-le-Street, Shotley Bridge, Barnard Castle, Sedgefield and Weardale as well as over 80 other community based settings and providing care in patients' homes.
