Full Job Description

As Workforce Planning and Intelligence Project Officer, the post holder will work as part of a team supporting the Head of Integrated Workforce Planning and Strategy and the wider team to ensure an effective and responsive workforce planning, intelligence, assurance and strategy function for the region., The post holder will be able to provide comprehensive project administration support. You will be highly organised, able to multitask, problem solve and prioritise your own workload with minimal supervision. You will be an excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills and be confident in using all MS Office packages and be capable of learning how to use other digital platforms with training. You will work with a wide and varied range of stakeholders at all levels., NHS England hold a Sponsor Licence; this means that we may be able to sponsor you providing the Home Office requirements are met. To be eligible for sponsorship through the Skilled Worker route you'll usually need to be paid the 'standard' salary rate of at least £38,700 per year, or the 'going rate' for your job, whichever is higher.
