Full Job Description

The Workforce Solutions team are responsible for providing temporary staffing within the organisation. The postholder will lead on the pay and data function. This includes the below: · To be the first point of contact for Workforce Solutions staff in relation to queries about shifts, pay, annual leave and other entitlements. · To assist in the ongoing training of managers and staff in the use of the shift allocation software. · To collect and report on the staff usage data, and any other data required by the organisation. Below are some of the main duties of this role:

  • To provide advice and information in relation to pay, employment terms & conditions and organisations policies & processes and systems (for example ESR/EASY expenses) and to direct staff to the appropriate source of more detailed information.
  • To deal with specific queries from members of staff and managers, in person, by telephone or by email, resolving any discrepancies that arise including under or overpayments.
  • To undertake administration to ensure Workforce Solutions staff are paid correctly for the shifts they have worked and receive other benefits to which they are entitled.
