Workforce Sustainability Officer

We are looking for drive, enthusiasm and an ability to engage and communicate effectively across a range of settings. You will be working with Sunderland City Council colleagues in an advisory capacity, proactively ensuring their workforce needs are met today, and in the years ahead. You will work collaboratively with our colleges, universities and training providers to ensure effective delivery of professional qualifications and apprenticeships, engaging with all stakeholders to guarantee successful completion. You will seek to secure opportunities to work with our schools across the region to promote Sunderland City Council as an employer, ensuring our next generation workforce know who we are and what we have to offer.
