Workforce Systems Administrator

HCT are pleased to be recruiting an individual passionate about developing a career within the People team. A period of development will be provided for you to gain valuable workforce systems experience whilst receiving structured support.

This is a great opportunity for someone with solid workforce system and administration skills who is experienced at providing systems and administration support to staff on a wide range of issues.

Main duties of the job

You will be managing a varied workload including providing quality administration support to the Workforce Systems Team and 1:1 training of new staff.

You will work in partnership with our Workforce Systems Manager in the production and reconciliation of reports with the responsibility for planning and prioritising a range of tasks .

The role will also work with all managers and employees, providing workforce systems advice, support and training, allowing the organisation to meet its objectives.
