Full Job Description

Wiltshire Health and Care have an exciting opportunity, we are recruiting for a Workforce Systems Coordinator to support our Flexible Workforce and Systems Team based in Chippenham Community Hospital.

This is a busy but extremely rewarding and vital role, supporting the organisation with all elements of temporary staffing fill, liaison with internal and external customers to ensure safe staffing levels and accurate maintenance of Workforce related systems and processes.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated, and highly organised individual with excellent communication skills, who can work from their own initiative, willing to learn and pick up systems quickly working well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Full training and support will be provided by the team., This role works as part of a small friendly and well led team. Part time and full time hours will be considered, with a minimum weekly total of 22.5 hours, based primarily from Chippenham Community Hospital with potential for some remote working. Some weekend cover may be required as part of this role and this can be discussed in more detail through the recruitment process.
