Full Job Description

Working Well is commissioned by Essex County Council and sits within the Essex Wellbeing Service. This fast paced, innovative programme supports the national and local agenda around workplace health and wellbeing, ensuring that the Essex workforce is healthy and productive.

The role will be 22.5 hours, to be worked as 5.5 hours over 4 days, to meet the needs of the service.,

  • Support the specialist work of the Essex Working Well team, ensuring sound and up-to-date knowledge of workplace health and wellbeing

  • Providing input and support to other members of the team and service development

  • Liaise and work with new and existing workplaces and partner organisations, to identify appropriate in-house training and support packages, in line with existing resources

  • Supporting workplaces to complete a range of in-house and national Workplace health and wellbeing Awards and Accreditation

  • Maintain accurate record keeping and workflow data to ensure relevant information is captured to ensure effective reporting on key outcomes.

  • Support in the analysis of a range of programme data and production of reports, including Staff Needs Assessment Surveys.

  • Working with key partners to promote and increase the range of workplace support available

  • Identifying and supporting workplace wellbeing events to promote the service to new businesses
