Full Job Description

An exciting to opportunity to join the team at Surrey Research Park as Workplace Coordinator, providing full and comprehensive reception and administration services to Surrey Technology Centre.
You'll be responsible for providing a first point of contact for visitors and tenants, providing information and acting as the face of each of the Licensees within the Centre.

Role & Responsibilities:
# Provide a point of contact for tenants and visitors to Surrey Research Park.
# Manage deliveries and ensure processes are followed.
# Liaise with contractors for maintenance in areas such as IT and Communications, Fire and Air Conditioning.
# Operate the phone switchboard and apply changes as required.
# Assist with the booking of facilities on site for tenants of the park.
# Support Operations Managers in day-to-day delivery of services.
