Full Job Description
The Capgemini Technical Lead is responsible for the technical delivery of their technology area, to the Operations Lead and Client,
- Own the senior technical delivery of Digital Workplace Service overall, ensuring a successful and high-quality service provision.
- Manage escalations, issues, roadblocks and strategy for the technology.
- Ensure that SLA targets are met in technology discipline.
- Provide the technical lead role and assist the teams during investigations into incidents, problems, changes or any other issues with these services.
- Support the ITIL functions to ensure a fully functioning service. Manage the costs of these services to ensure efficiency and quality delivery to our clients.
Experienced in Technical Leadership Technically astute in Digital Workplace services (e.g. SCCM, M365, SOE etc) Financial Acumen / experience of managing technical costs and PXQ ITIL Qualified (preferred)
